Refund & Cancellation Policy

Work on your personalized report begins as soon as payment is confirmed, so payments are non-refundable once made. This applies whether or not you attend your scheduled consultation call.

Need a different time? Contact us with reasonable notice before your scheduled call and we'll help you reschedule. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.

In the rare case we need to cancel or can't deliver your report or call, we'll reschedule or find another way to make it right. If we genuinely cannot deliver the service at all, we'll refund what you paid for it.

If you're charged twice for the same order, or money is deducted without your order going through, contact us with your payment details and we'll investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate or failed transaction.
