Search Your Own Way provides personalized career and education guidance, based on the information you (or, if you are a parent, your child's) share with us through our forms. This typically includes a written report followed by a one-on-one consultation call to walk through it.

Our services are meant for students and the parents or guardians of students. If the person the guidance is for is under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the information on their behalf and accept these terms.

Our recommendations are only as good as the information provided. You are responsible for making sure the details you share with us, about interests, strengths, goals and circumstances, are accurate and complete.

Our reports and calls are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee any specific academic, admission, career, or life outcome. The final decision on any path, course, college or career always rests with you.

Fees for a consultation are shown to you before you pay and must be paid in full, through our payment partner Razorpay, before your report or call is provided. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details, Razorpay processes and secures these directly.

Payments are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The report and any materials we prepare for you are for your personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or published without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Search Your Own Way is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our guidance. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

We may decline or discontinue service in cases of misuse, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
